"Thank you thank you thank you! Mac has been absolutely amazing at training our reactive dog, we opted for the 2 week 1-1 home training which was the best decision we have ever made. He kept us informed of his progress constantly with video updates to save and refer back to in the future and guides on how to deal with certain situations. The difference in such a short period of time made us pretty speechless. The bond and trust Mac built up with Ralph was amazing and emotional to see. Ralph was fully engaged with him and Mac was always in control. He welcomed Ralph into his home where he socialised Ralph with Soul his dog and his three cats (Ralph has never been around cats and we was nervous for this, but Mac introduced them and later in the time they were playing together). We trusted him fully with our dog, we felt so at ease knowing he was his trainer and looking after Ralph. We got a clear breakdown, guidance on what to do next and advice for Ralph’s nutrition as well. We will 100% work with Mac for on-going sessions and more 1-1 home training. I couldn’t recommend Mac enough as a trainer."

"Mac & (special thanks to Soul also) have been amazing help. Prior to our puppy (Wallace) staying with Mac he was constantly over excited at home and easily distracted when outdoors. He’s now back home and sleeping on the sofa as I write this and we also had an amazing off lead walk in the local park this morning where not even a half marathon and hundreds of people were enough of a distraction for him to run off! We couldn’t recommend Mac enough. We had regular daily updates throughout Wallace’s stay and he had such a great time learning new things. Mac has a very patient nature and almost instantly has the trust of his pupils (us included). We will continue to use Mac for regular training and Wally is already looking forward to his next trip to Kent!"

"Our 6 year old doberman, Piper, has always been a great family dog but overly excitable when out. Right from our initial call with Mac, he assured us that he could help and made us confident with leaving Piper with Mac for three weeks. At the drop off, Mac made us feel welcome and there was plenty of time for Piper to get used to the surroundings, whilst we talked through the process and discussed the aspects we'd like improved. We had regular contact with Mac, the daily videos really helped see the progress and teach us what to do on her return. The handover day was great to see how she responded to the new training and Mac was very thorough in answering any questions or covering any areas we wanted. "Our Belgian Malinois Sunny had two weeks residential training with SK9 Training World. Mac, our trainer has been just amazing! He is extremely professional passionate and dedicated to the dogs. We had obedience and recall focused training and the results are just outstanding. We went on holidays straight after the training and the difference in behaviour obedience and enjoyment of our time together has been impressive! Sunny is really comfortable around people and other dogs enjoying fun time on holiday. We recommend Mac on flying stars; he was the best we could ever wanted for our dog and us. "Mac came to my home to observe and give training, mostly to me. My 9 month old puppy is super hyper. Mac made me realise my behaviour was exacerbating her high energy. just one day later I can see the shift in the high energy to slightly lower. Rome wasn't built in a day. But Mac has put me/us on the right road. will be booking Mac again for some more one to one training for other issues that need to be nipped in the bud. Thanks Mac"
