General Terms and Conditions

Completion, signing, and timely return of all forms/agreements within 24 hours are essential. Failure to comply will lead to the cancellation of the booking/session without any refund.
To secure a home visit session or consultation booking, full payment must be made in advance, and it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
All deposits and any payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.
To confirm any residential training booking, a non-refundable deposit must be paid in advance.
Reservations will only be secured upon receipt of payment, following a first-come, first-served policy.
To avail of the Services, the Owner commits to making an upfront payment of the specified amount to the Trainer.
We maintain a strict policy against unacceptable behaviour or improper manners. Engaging in such conduct will lead to the immediate termination of the agreement, and we will discontinue the provision of current and any subsequent services.
Any dog without a vaccine marked as "a must" will not be accepted for training. Documentation to substantiate these prerequisites is mandatory.
The Owner acknowledges the necessity of ongoing training and understands that consistent training sessions between the dog and the Owner are mandatory.
The Owner acknowledges their responsibility to ensure they possess the physical capability to manage their dog during the subsequent training period. Alternatively, they may engage the services of a physically capable third party to handle their dog and fulfil the exercise needs of the canine companion.
Recognizing the unique requirements of each dog, the Owner acknowledges that their dog may receive personalized attention and, upon Trainer approval, engage in social interactions with other dogs.
If the Owner does NOT want the dog to engage in any socialisation with other dogs, the Owner must inform the Trainer at the time of booking. If the Owner prefers to restrict their dog from participating in any socialization activities with other dogs, it is imperative to communicate this preference to the Trainer during the booking process.
The Trainer reserves the right to cancel any scheduled or booked training session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Trainer will provide a full refund of the deposit amount.
The Trainer reserves the authority to promptly cancel any pre-scheduled training sessions if the Owner exhibits inappropriate conduct, unacceptable behaviour, or an undesirable attitude towards the Trainer. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
The Service prices do not encompass suggested training accessories like specific collars, leads, training tools, or devices. If such accessories are advised, the Owner can acquire them directly from any retailer. The Trainer does not endorse specific retailers.
The dog owner acknowledges their obligation to uphold the vaccination schedule for their pet.
The Owner acknowledges and consents to the capture of photos and videos of their dog for training-related purposes. These visual materials may be shared, utilized for future marketing efforts, and featured in advertisements across various social media platforms.
